Ideiasnet is a pulicly-held company with shares traded at BOVESPA (IDNT3) involved in the development of projects and holding interest in companies of the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sector in Brazil.

The Company operates by way of holding interest in larger company leaders in the market segments they operate and in developing companies with great potential to gain scale and reinforce the leadership position in their operation segments.

Aiming at maximizing value to its shareholders, Ideiasnet operates in its investees by sharing experience and know-how, by enabling the access to financial funding, extracting synergies, searching to accelerate the development of their activities and fostering human resources.
By taking part in the board of directors of its investees, Ideiasnet actively contributes for the joint definition of strategies and goals, and positioning of the market, as well as for the identification, negotiation and structuring of acquisitions and strategic agreements, and in the selection of their main executives.

Due to its experience and knowledge of the TMT sector and the history of growth of its investees, Ideiasnet is able to identify new investment opportunities in the sector, add value to the investees by implementing the best management practices and enabling investees to record significant growth rates throughout the years. Additionally, Ideiasnet has also identified business models in TMT sectors already developed in other countries and that may be successfully implemented in Brazil.
